Split the Chicken Wings, if desired.  Cut off the very tip of each wing.

Cooking

Deep Fry at 375 degrees until fully cooked (about 10-12 minutes)  -OR-
Bake at 425-450 degrees until fully cooked (about 40-50 minutes)

Meanwhile

Melt the margarine and add the hot sauce when melted.  Set aside until the wings are done.

Finally

Place the wings in a container that can be sealed, like a large Tupperware bowl, leaving some room.  Add the sauce, seal the container and shake!  Serve with your preferred side of dipping sauce.

Ingredients

2 – 2 1/2 lbs. of chicken wings
8oz of bottled hot sauce (like Franks, Texas, or Hooters;  Sauces can be found online: Hot Wing Sauces on Amazon.com)
1/4 cup of margarine or butter
