How to make your Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
Type 1 : With Vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp white wine vinegar or white vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
Mix the ingredients, except for 1/2 of the crumbled blue cheese. Add in the remaining blue cheese for texture.
Type 2 : With half and half
3/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 3oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup half and half
Directions are the same: Mix the ingredients, except for 1/2 of the crumbled blue cheese. Add in the remaining blue cheese for texture.
